      Hi, you wouldn’t need to depend on weight loss pills to lose weight. Acai berry pills have been proven to be ineffective anyway and now they coming out with another berry things pills just to cheat people’s money.

      It is really not that hard to lose weight. You just need a good diet and sufficient training. Training wise, weight training is really good because you will be able to build muscle that burns much more calories than regular body cells.

      For the diet side, you will need to maintain an average low calorie intake. Since you want to build some muscle, make your diet low calorie but high protein. However, I wouldn’t recommend you to take extremely low calorie for a long period of time, because it will in turn lower your body metabolism. As a result, you will not be able to lose weight in the long run.

      Personally, I faced similar problem before. Recently, I’m trying this new diet called Calorie Shifting that requires me to change my caloric intake from 1000-2000 daily. As a result, my body metabolism will not be lower while I’m able to achieve an average lower caloric intake and lose weight.       There are many studies that show Acai berries have no impact on weight loss, it’s a money maker.
