ya this stuff works it taste gross but it’s good for you. Takes awhile to get use to. My dad has been drinking for a year now, he’s in his 50s, loves the stuff!! Antioxidants are good for you. That is why blueberries are good for you. I don’t think there’s anything ”special” about acai berries just that it’s loaded with antioxidants. People shouldn’t drink this and expect optimum results without proper diet and exercise. On the other hand, others should stop being some kind of “gym snob” saying ”all you need is exercise duh!” well DUH. It doesn’t mean this stuff won’t help because it can. It’s an *added* benefit esp. for sickly people.
