None of them work.
The testimonials are fiction, any photographs are digitally manipulated.
None have FDA approval.
They either contain caffeine, a laxative or a filler – or all 3.
They all tell you to change your diet and take exercise, like you do the work and they pocket your money.
Even the FDA approved Alli has restrictions. eat too much fat and you leak oily stuff from your butt.
Look at these 2 sites and check online for a good calorie site.

3,500 calories adds up to about 1 pound. This applies whether they are food calories coming in, or calories (burned by exercise) going out.
To the best of my knowledge and research Alli is the ONLY one approved by the FDA as being safe, even though some people who took it experienced massive diarrhea. There is also a report that Lipozene is going to be approved but the other ones are all dangerous.
I took Acai Berry before. it will work if you diet and workout if not it will not.
